Layer 0 — all dots active. Tap a dot or pick an element; hold the pad to place a hit.

1 · Element
Pick which layer to place — each keeps its own sound settings.
2 · Layer sound
Each element is its own machine — pick above to tune.
Oscillator wave
Kick · Hat · Clap use drum samples — no oscillator wave.
3 · Influence
Pick Kick, Bass, Lead… in section 1 — each layer has its own neighbor coupling.
Reach = neighbor distance · Coupling = bond/duck · Beat build = pattern fill · Melodic blend = pitch merge. Saved per layer with layer sound.
Per-dot (inactive) — Presence (Z) will scale harmonize pull per sphere. Layer sliders above apply to every dot on that element for now.
Pick a layer in section 1 to tune how its dots connect to neighbors.
Select a dot to see neighbor pull.
4 · Dot
↔ beat (X) · ↕ pitch (Y) · size · level. Layer influence (section 3) sets neighbor coupling for all dots on that element.
Y maps to pentatonic scale notes per layer · X = step in 16-beat loop · Z = loudness + pull strength.
Hold Solo to hear only this dot while tuning. Presence (Z) still moves on the pad — per-dot pull scaling is off until enabled.
Cluster
Cluster = spatial tiers (solo → pulse → groove from neighbor coupling). Solo/Pulse/Groove = lock that behavior. Density = how fast patterns fill.
